Our customers will get their money back if the product they received is not as described. You can get a refund after the claim finishes processing.
This money-back guarantee is in addition to and works with the “Returns and Exchanges” below.
Returns and Exchanges
Our customers can return a product if they are not satisfied with the purchase. The order return can be for a refund or exchange.
However, for an order to be qualified for a return or an exchange, the product must be eligible, the return request must be communicated within 5 days of receiving the order and the returns must be in the state the customer received them.
Eligible items are items and products not included below, our customers are entitled to receive a refund for the price paid for the products, including the costs of shipping the products to them.
However, if when placing the order the buyer chose a method of shipping more expensive than the cheapest we offered, we will not be required to reimburse any relevant supplementary costs.
The customer will bear the cost of returning the purchased products. Unless the cost was not raised before the customer placed the order.
Items Not Eligible for Returns:
- Any product not purchased from Cloud Hub Stores.
- Any product that is returned without all the original accessories & components, including box, manuals, parts, and all other items originally included with the product.
- Any product which appears tampered with or altered in any way.
- Any product that does not match the product that was originally purchased.
- Any product that is received outside of 14 days from when the return is approved.
- Any products or services for which the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market, which is not controlled by the seller and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
- Any product made to the buyer’s specifications or otherwise clearly personalized.
- Any products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Any sealed product which is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and was unsealed after delivery.
- Any product which is, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- Sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software that was unsealed after delivery.
Please note: Buyer must communicate return/exchange request to us within 5 days of receiving the order. They must also return each item without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which their return/exchange request is approved.

The images of products on our website are exactly as they look in real life. We don’t enhance or edit product images to look better than they appear.
To accommodate color blindness, our website has good contrast and uses minimal colors.

We provide accurate and detailed descriptions of products. We use videos and images to accompany text where necessary.
